new growth questionable...

Okay, on My plant there is lot of new growth. Some of the smaller leaves have strange small holes in them, I know nothing is eating them though. The holes are on the sections of the leaves that will turn into the saw shape later on, here is a pic I made of the problem, its kind of shitty tho. Anyone with info about whats happening and ways to help please reply, thank you

No bugs, Cheaked all factors and signs of bugs, plus grow room is very controled...
