Ebb and Flow Question
When the plant are young the level should be higher. It needs to wet at least some of the roots. It still needs to do that once they are bigger, but the water level can be lower and should be. You want an air wand making bubbles, and the water a few inches below the pot. The bubbles bursting will keep any roots in air moist enough.
Opie Yutts Reviewed by Opie Yutts on . Ebb and Flow Question My tray is 25 inches long and 15 inches across. If I'm going to put clones into the small rockwool cubes and then let them veg for only 1-2 weeks after I see root growth, how high should my water level be filling up the tray before it overflows? My grow is in a rubbermaid tub and ill be using a screen to put the bud sites up through. Thanks for any replies, its frustratin' me! :) Rating: 5
