I smoked a lot of blunts and didn't feel it for a while.

I was higher than a kite in about 5 minutes but he never once felt anything. He has smoke a pipe a couple times, and never really felt anything either. Also, this was his first time using a bong. Is there any way that he'll ever be able to experience the high that I am feeling?
