Also, most "traditional" telephone polls poll "likely Republican voters" and they define likely as those that are registered republican and voted in the last election...Which is either 4 or 6 percent (I forget which). So the 400-500 people they call are farmed from a very very minor section of the republican party that bothered themselves to go and vote 2 years ago.
