Bag seed grow week 3 flower...first serious grow

HI GUYS....

This is my first grow with a decent grow light. I am an amatuer grower and wanted to wait till i got my grow room together before i used my good seeds..i got 5 female skunk classic seeds i want to start as soon as i harvest these...My grow room is 4'x4'x8' the walls are painted flat white and i have a great ventilation system...i got a 400 watt mh fixture with a 400 watt Grow Power bulb...The pics are of some bagseeds i started in Oct. they are now 3 weeks flowering on 12/12....how do they look? I'm using expert potting mix,with expert 20-20-20 mixed 1/2 strengh and given every 5 days with watering...should i feeding these plants more fert?....i'm afraid of over-doing it with the fert so i just spray them daily with well water.......thanks for any advice!!

If you are flowering,you should be using a high P rated fert rather than the 20 20 20. If you use a bloom fert like shultz. You should mix it at 1/2 strength.Use it every other watering or 1/4 and use it every watering.You will see the bud sites starting to progress a bit faster.That is waht they are needing at this stage.I use this at 1/4 strength for my cuttings as a foliar feed.

These plants could have top colas at least two inches wide and 8 inches tall by now. besides the fert, you should flower with a HPS bulb for the red spectrum. if you get it right, and have your tops the right distance from the lights, you should get a decent harvest still. next time try pruning to get more tops and to make all the tops close to the same height. some plants like to grow a bit lankier than others and it looks like you have more than one strain, so pruning and bending are probably necessary.
