yeah they'll bud just like every other plant and in a week or two they should begin normal growth. I'll takes some pics of 2 deformed plants i just put into flower in 3 gallon buckets. They have only been in flower for only 3 days, you'll see how deformed they are and in 2 weeks i'll take another pic so that you can see what happens. They may not yield the best but bud is bud and i'll take whatever i can get especially if its C99!

I have never seen something like this before the leaves look really weird rounded and now producing single finger leaves. plant looks healthy just not like a normal plant.
