My First Grow Box, want some advice plz!!

hey all, i've been doing bits and pieces of research for a few months ago but now i'm getting started on my own grow box, and I just wanted to see if anyone had any recommendations for me cuz i'm always open to them.

i started with the idea of a rubbermaid setup but ended up finding a mid size storage unit that is about the size of two 26 gallon rubbermaids stacked ontop of each other. the inside is already a cool whtie color but im probably gonna line it with foil as well. the dimensions are roughly 3 feet tall, 2 feet wide, and 1 foot deep. I am going to use CFL's for vegetation stage, then maybe switch to a HPS or two for flowering (both stages in the same box). For the CFL's I was planning on using 2 150w daylights at the top, then 5 100w daylights spaced out on the walls of the box for a greater spread of light. That is a total of 800 watts and around 13,200 lumens. I will have a passive air intake towards the bottom with an active out-take fan on the top. I plan to make it light tight and as close to air tight as possible with caulk around all the holes for sockets, wires, fans, etc. The unit has two small doors on the front for easy access which I plan to weatherstrip or something similar when closed.

A few specific questions I have so far are:

Maybe a silly question, but when using CFL's is it possible to have too much light?

Should I replace two of my 100w daylight CFL's with warmer spectrum lights?

Does this plastic unit sound like it would be better or worse than an actual rubbermaid setup?
