lol...I'm willing to bet that he found the puppies on his front porch, and then had a couple 'fixed'. (likely by a vet, at the vet's office?) Perhaps I read it wrong, tho...
I guess if they were composted they would be ok to use. (but why...?) Without composting, they would rot in your pots.

ok ill try to explain.....you guys went way off of the subject....for one i washed down the porch with my water hose..washed the shit and piss off of my porch....my question was if i took the puppy shit and mixed some good top soil with the shit, would that be good fertizlier?

Fecal matter MUST be composted PROPERLY prior to use. You should not use the scat of a carnivore. And DAMN that original post was oddly worded! lol
