    sounds like tip burn/nursery burn. back off on the nutes a couple hundred ppm and it should pass.

    Tipburn=overfeeding.
    Next time you water, use plain tap water, and water until it drains out the bottom of the pot. Next time after that, water with your regular plant food, but at a weaker rate than before.
    Post pics so we can see if you need to do a full flush, or if there is another problem.
