Hey all, just wanted to show off a vase I picked up yesterday, I'm too lazy to dig out my carbide and diamond bits to drill teh hole, but I will soon. I put my iPod next to it for size, I figure that by now in this age, you all know how big an iPod is... heh. :jointsmile: I really bought this for my girl, but she thought the same thing I did when she first saw it, so we agreed on it, flowers one time, thats it. then tis mine, lawl. The water on the inside of the vase is also meant to have a damping effect on vibrations/resonance from the bits. But uberbong has a good point that the process of blowing may not have been completed correctly, allowed to sit in an annealing kiln and rest/equilibrate while cooling slowly.
