your recommendation is key too, I have both on the wall, one goes with the other. the amount of plants is governed by your city or county. Its different everywhere even Oakland from San Francisco. It is an extra safeguard. Its basically a permission slip from the coop i guess. Im not even sure its that necessary but its an added safeguard. What kind of exemption are you talking about?
sokanomx Reviewed by sokanomx on . Basement Legal Grow room-Input appreciated Hello, I just completed my first grow in my basement. It was a decent success and we cultivated two types of very great strength, but low yield per watt. The room is amazing and keeps a very steady temperature very easily and has adequate space. We grew 15 plants in 3 trays, on a standard ebb and flow system under two 1000 watt HPSs. I used a friends set up in order to have a dry run without putting in too much of an initial investment and some tutelage. Now I am looking forward to doing it Rating: 5

I am in the reseaarch phase of building a similar room. I have learned that a ton of $$$ can be saved by use flourescent for the veg growth stage, with improved results as well. Then switch to the other lights for flowering. Also, I have a mother plant currently under flourscent, in a combo drip/deep water culture bucket. It is growing like crazy...becoming very full.
My issue is the right starting stock. Does anyone know (a coop) where I can currently find a few good quality clones, and if so what strains? I am prop 420 legal. I live in Orange County, but often travel to LA.

My county just has the 6/12 plant regulations, so you can get an exemption from the Dr. that will allow you to grow more plants. Apparently they will right a number down most I've seen are for 20-30 plants. But I was told that once your exempt there really isnt a # as long as its under 99. Not sure is thats %100 true, just what I was told...

Ive never heard about that but doctors often do things that arent necessarily illegal but not fully covered. Up here docs were giving recommendations for more than 1 year which isnt truly legal. Im not sure about your exemption, my limits are pretty much the same as yours. We get 6/14 here I beleive. It suck though cus we have a dry, cured limit too, very hard to stay under that and stay legal. I dont have any business with clubs, other than as a customer for far too long.
