I've read the stickies and reviewed a bunch of the other posts and am a bit cinfused. I'm 6'1, 230lbs. Smoked a couple of pinch hitters (hell, I dunno what yu call it these days... a dugout or bat or something) daily for abuot 3 weeks. Stopped last week for a test two or three weeks from today. I've always taken multi vitamins, have begun to do light workouts and walking/running every day again to get my metabolism up. So here is my consfusion:

do I want to limit my fat intake so I burn fat cells that contain the THC or do I want to eat fat so the THC is "spread out" among te fat in my system?

I also plan to dilute (following the sticky) for the test. Being a 50 year old former military officer and pilot (and not smoking during those 25 years) and having to do UAs at least once a year, I have never gotten a second glance whe I piss neon green or clear so do not antiipate any problem there.

So high fat w/o exercise or low fat with sweatin' to the oldies?
