That makes sense. There is so much info out there that I got a bit crossed-up with when to do what exercise wise. The dilution sequence is quite clear and appears easy to follow.

Smoked a couple of pinch hitters (hell, I dunno what yu call it these days... a dugout or bat or something) daily for abuot 3 weeks. Stopped last week for a test two or three weeks from today.
