i smoked half a joint of some reg and started twitching for two hours and had a high heart rate then after the half smoked joint dryed i opened it up and it had a brown streak on the joint that had a strong chemical taste on it what is this?

I dought its anything, honestly. Or it could be bleach or botox, then your fucked.
