Best Indica to help with insomnia?

So atm on a freinds reccomendations i am growing some Hindu Kush, with the intention of using it to help me sleep.

Could anybody reccomend any other strains that are good for insomnia?

Serious Seed's AK47 and White Russian, Sensi Seed's White Label Sensi Star, Legend's Ultimate Indica, Nirvana's White Rhino and something called Sudden Impact (Hashplant x G13) AK47 if you can find it.

Bluegrass Seeds sold Sudden Impact but the strain is hard to find.
If you breed....I'm sure it could be reproduced with some strong work over a few years :hippy:....if you have that kind of desire.
