best strain for my insomina is White Widow. it's a 60/40 hybrid, and it works perfect. for me, the sativa side of it relaxes all the muscles in the body, while the indica half goes straight to the head with a heavy, sleepy feeling.

I have been using this as well,I pretty much just use it in the evening.I no longer take my ambien and stuff,this works very well for me and no complaints.:thumbsup:

So atm on a freinds reccomendations i am growing some Hindu Kush, with the intention of using it to help me sleep.

Could anybody reccomend any other strains that are good for insomnia?

I find that Amnesia usually puts me to sleep and fast. Just a few bonghits is all it takes

Find one straint with low THC and high CBD, i think white rhino is an option for insomnia too, 11% thc, 1,9% cbd.
