Yes. Part of the high you get from smoking cannabis is from being naturally high. High from a healthy balanced diet, and a regular sleeping rhythm, very important. Smoking cannabis accentuates this natural high, and by the same token brings you down more when you are not so well balanced. I'm convinced that all the negative symptoms that people experience when they smoke it - paranoia, addiction, depression are all a result of smoking it without paying attention to general physical health.

Well this guy seems to think that balance of fats is important, and from my experience of eating various things and observing how it makes me feel I think he is right.

Eat what you feel like eating.

I have suffered the same problem throughout my life with sleep depravation and exhaustion. It's the world we live in. I know how to get into a regular pattern, but everytime I do I seem to end up having to get a job to survive which to varying degrees has an eventual effect of my whole bio rhythm. I endured one of my more xtreme periods earlier this year, and worked sometimes 55 hours a week on a quite dangerous job whilst feeling like I was going to pass out several times. I found that I compensated for this by eating too much of one thing and not the other.

I dunno eat plenty of fruit is my recommendation, it will help keep your digestive systems moving, as soon as you start to get behind on the old sleep for a few days that is when your digestion starts to slow down. This in turn has a negative effect on your sleeping pattern.

I've always found smoking pipe hash a help. Now so much to get to sleep intially, but if I am awakened repeatedly it helps a lot in putting me back to sleep, not always, but most of the time.

Well, it enhances the perception of music, so naturally also our perception of everything else. I still enjoying listening to Led Zeppelin when I am not stoned.
