Shouldn't be too bad if you've just smoked a joint. It's certainly not good for the plants, but they're not going to die either. (Shouldn't.) The particulate matter in the smoke will get on your plant's leaves, "clogging up" transpiration. The less smoke, the better of course.

Natural fires and smoke occur on planet earth, and plants tend to survive as long as they end up getting adequate airflow sooner or later. Kinda like holding your breath.

Don't make the ladies hold their breath for too long.

But it has been so cold here I just couldnt take smoking outside... so... I've been having the odd joint in the same room i'm growing my 7 week old lowryder in. How bad is it to smoke in your grow room?
