I put several seeds into an elongated trough like plant holder and after a few days had activity.I now how 5 out of the 7 sprouted in two stages , theres a fluerescent lamp across the trough with a plant grow light in it and already 3 of the young sprouts have reached the point where they are now pressing against the lamp.The other two are a few days behind by the looks of things but my concern is the 3 are pressing up against the actual lamp which is maybe 3 inches from soil level..what do i do now ?
The obvious is to highten the lamp but isnt that going to cause the saplings to stretch to again reach the light? Whats the best course of action ? Thanks:thumbsup:

I currently have my sprouts that came out of soil about 2 days ago under 26 watt flourecent. will they be okay until sometiime next week or will they stretch too much and be garbage? Rating: 5
