How about 95% of all people in DC are criminal, especially the ones in the White House? Inhabited by many politicians and lobbyists, let's not just focus on the black people. Perhaps he was speaking of drug crime or the murder rate, I think he should factor in larceny (from the American people), purgery, bribery, all the more common white-collar crimes, lol.

I am very pleased that Obama finished 1st in Iowa, I think it is a good sign of things to come.
