Our justice system BS? Yeah Justice lost it's blindfold many a year ago!!!
This is something that used to be cool if you were speeding and got pulled over only for the Officeer to find out your Pops was on the Force....Now it's like this story here, completely out of hand. But bitching won;t really help, voting his ass out will.

Worse yet there should have been a conflict of interest here change of venue I think...the judge was too close to the case and should have disquakified himself, if he was a Just Judge, I think this is a Preciding Sludge not Judge.

Where the hell is America going, besides down the tubes, I'm tired of people waiting for someone to turn things around, it takes you and me just klike in the begining of the Country, drastic times, drastic measures... But what will it take and can we do it without a complete breakdown of society and we become a Third world country that the illegal U.N. comes here next. Peace seems so far away and so does common sense, no wonder so many are on drugs and no I am not including smoke in that class unless you are a smoking slouch.
