It's about 1.73 steady for a few weeks now. It was down to 1.63, but then went up a little. I live in Colorado. There is only one troll road in Colorado, and it's fairly new. A private company paid to build the thing, and so they live under a bridge to collect money to use it. You don't have to use it to get around. As a matter of fact, I never use it. Paying a troll a lot must suck! I know the few times I have been around were there are heavy trolls to pay, it was a bummer.
