That's the exhaust from my flower room, re-routed to blow under the covers.
It keeps me super toasty at night under a down comforter and duvet, even though my bedroom regularly dips below 50'F at night.
Before I started growing and heating it up a little, I used to wake up in the morning with ice on my water glass sometimes.
