California provides the option for individual counties to issue their own Identification cards, but only a handful have done so ... their reasoning , 'if they issue cards, then they may face liability from the Feds' ... it's voluntary, and serves no purpose, except as a 'revenue generator' :wtf: ... a couple counties put high-$$$ price-tags on their I.D. cards, and activists got them to reduce it, as I understand ...
