    Curing Mistake

My plan was to leave the jars open from 7:30-8 AM every day; open them when I wake up and close them before I leave for work. Well, today, I forgot to close them before I went to work. They were open for 8 hours with a very tiny desk fan blowing over the tops of them. Is it possible that I may have dried them out? Should I even be worrying?

If already too dry for your likes, just toss a fresh fan leaf in with 'em and keep on curing.
Way better to have forgotten to put the curing jar lid on, than to have forgotten to take it off. Mold is a bummer.

It may have dried them a little quicker in a day than would have been normal, but 8 hours isn't going to dry them completely. If the buds feel crispy, there are many ways to rehydrate them just a little...but I don't imagine that yours would even require this.
