Another thread I read says chlorine is not harmful to plants, but does kill some harmful bacterias in the soil.

And tap water slightly raises Ph due to added Ca, and my Ph is too low.

So maybe I should just use tap water, if chlorine is not bad for plants?

And even if chlorine is bad for plants, those fish tank drops that remove all chlorine, chlorami/des/nes and ammonia are safe at higher dosages for all aquatic life...?

Purifying tap water with fish tank drops I have 2 types of fish tank drops: One removes chloride, chloramine, some other choloro something and neutralizes heavy metals. The other drops just remove all the chloride and chloramine. I used a few drops in my tap water to make it safe to water my plants with, as my bottled water supply is running low. The bottle said safe to all aquatic life (which would include plants... so...?) Rating: 5
