Taxes would be excellent. More incentive for the government to keep the prices down. As people aren't addicted to it, there would be no way the government would get by raising the prices too much. If they did, people would just go back to the 'black market'

If weed became legal I think that there would be a dramatic drop in price because of a huge supply and relatively low demand. Think about the variety or people who are tobacco users; teachers, doctors, acountants, all sorts of people. But weed I think has been propagandasized (if that's a word) for too long as a horrible thing for there to be half of the demand of ciggarttes for weed. So, I think a Z Rating: 5
