Post-legalization predictions...
These are just my thoughts...but I think if weed became legal;
Prices would drop. If weed became legal I think that there would be a dramatic drop in price because of a huge supply and relatively low demand. Think about the variety or people who are tobacco users; teachers, doctors, acountants, all sorts of people. But weed I think has been propagandasized (if that's a word) for too long as a horrible thing for there to be half of the demand of ciggarttes for weed. So, I think a Z might be about $50 for "commercial" weed. The real money would be in private business. Say some dude creates a wicked strain and patents it. Everyone would want premium weed from independant growers. (that pulls in even the tokers that dislike corperate America)
Maybe politicans think too much profit would be made by private business and not corporate business. Which would explain resistance toward legalization. But any ways....
If weed became legal I also think that we would truly see crazy ass weed just because beer got a hell of alot better after re-legalization. Why wouldn't weed get more potent, more flavorful, more fragrant? People would be able to educate themselfs without false facts and propaganda.
Well, these are just some of my predictions. Anyone else have any interesting ideas?

I think you might see the price go up because of demand. A lot of people have shied away from buying because of the risks involved. If it was legalized these people would be coming out in droves.

Post-legalization predictions...
I personally see it, if it gets legalized we have a 80% for a bad way and 20% for a good.
Bad way 80%-
21 years or older
costs the same, maybe more, $25 a dub (5$ more than up here)
have to sign up and be "registered" cannabis user.
will be illegal to grow (like how tobacco was until 2005*Not accurate*)
will have constant restrictions, for example.. If you are a teacher/military/ any occupation that the government sees fit to not have cannabis "registered" to them.
good way 20%
18 years or older
prices drop $5 dollars a gram?
and complete opposite of everything else?

Taxes would be excellent. More incentive for the government to keep the prices down. As people aren't addicted to it, there would be no way the government would get by raising the prices too much. If they did, people would just go back to the 'black market'
