HELP ! UA in 3 days

I have a piss test in 3 days, this is for the courts cuz I got caught with a pipe and all ~_~

this friday (dec 21) is my last UA and I really want to pass. The last time I smoked saturday and that was 2 blunts (not to myself thou).

I basically quit smoking Saturday night and I NEED to be clean for this UA on friday. As for smoking I normally smoke about a joint a day (3 bowls a day), thats on average, sometimes more or less.

I have a FAST metoblism, I weigh 110. I've been drinking about 3 bottles of water a day since sunday night, so I can keep drinking till friday till I have to drop my UA. My friend is also giving me some niacin, i also have cranberry pills which ive been taking 2 of per day.

It sounds like you have failed previous UA's but still kept on smoking. If that's the case you're lucky as hell. What is your height? Most of the strip products contain soluble fiber, which can help a little. I have written on it before so an advanced search would help find those posts from me. I'm not sure what stat has in it. Niacin, cranberry juice or pills, and drinking lots water days before the test are all useless. Stay well hydrated but dont over do it until the day of the test if you are diluting. Switch to sports drinks if you are diluting and if it is an instant test then the vitamin b-2 would be helpful.

I failed my first one but they said that was fine if I failed it, this is my 2nd one and my very last, I MUST pass.

How does niacin, cranberry piolls, and lots of water not help ? I hear ppl pass on thta alone..

I just switched to drinking gatorade, should help alot.

but real q, should i take the Strip NC + the flush it pills all at once or only 1 of em?

It's not my duty to prove they don't work. In any proper scientific experiment, it is the duty of the scientist to make a hypothesis and then prove it, like "cranberry juice helps remove THC metabolites by improving glomerular filtration." But here are the basics that are all over this site:

niacin- rumor started by L Ron Hubbard, father of scientology with no medical knowledge.
cranberry juice- bactericidal properties, doesn't clean your urinary tract.
water- can't powerwash THC metabolites or make your kidneys work better with lots of water.

can u answer if i should take the Strip NC + the flush it together? or only 1 of them , if only 1 then which ?
