that was a good question, I was wondering the same thing ... I've only rated a couple threads, a couple that I thought were a total waste of bandwidth :wtf:, and a really good informative thread ... that was my best guess, as to 'how and why' ... :jointsmile:

I was just wondering if the Modâ??s (or other posters), could offer any guidance on how and when to rate threads, and what criteria should be used when assessing them. For example, are we supposed to give a â??thumbs upâ?? to any and all posts that we think are entertaining and/or informative, and a â??thumbs downâ?? to anything that doesnâ??t personally interest us? Or, should we only ever give a â??thumbs downâ?? to posts that somehow contravene the â??spiritâ?? of cannabis culture and Rating: 5
