Let me first admit this is my first time growing and I'm winging it for the most part after reading as much as I could find online. So my seeds (N. lights x skunk) were planted after germination back on Oct. 23. After seeing very little progress I added more light about a week ago. My lights now are two 23W and two 42W fluorescents. I know my plants should be much, much larger than their current size. The plants are growing much quicker now, but a few problems are arising. Would this be sufficient?

Yeah, that's plenty, but don't let you plants get too huge before flowering. Remember that an average plant will double in size, and that a 600HPS is suitable for a space up to 4x4 feet.
