    Lowryder Horrors, need help

I've been growing 6 lowryder plants. So far, 2 of them have turned out male. I'm really concerned, because out of the plants I have left, 2 are pretty small.

There are two plants however, that are large, and viable enough for me to at least break even for the price of the seeds if they turn out female.

I'm a pretty big newb. My question is this: What can I do to ensure that the remainder of my plants (even the small sickly ones) turn out female?

Nothing. Gender expression determination is fixed after the seedling stage.
Problem with LR is that you can't clone your females and guarantee an endless supply of girls from a single pack of seeds...

Prehaps you could breed one of your existing males, and a (possible) female of the small ones, and create a new bunch of seeds
