Your veg plants look under watered. I don't see any signs of suffocation though.

Plants in veg drooping These are 3 clones - I snapped these pics during 6 hour dark period(18/6), they are approx. 10" tall with VERY wimpy trunks. they constantly have an osc. fan on.
