Ya good movie, but IDK about the BEST movie. The Best drug movie in my opinon would have to be Blow. I think Pee Wee was actually a good actor in that movie. Kinda weird to seem him as a kid as Pee Wee Herman. Then as I am older so him as the girlish/cool/yay/weed dealer.
