Grow Box not ready for the Adoption

My friend just gave me his plant's but my box is so not ready.
He had two plant's growing in the same planter. I transplanted the small plant to it's own planter(hope I didn't kill it).The leaves were turning yellow when he brought it over but there getting better.
I have two 100 watt hps lights in the box, no vent yet or thermometer. I keep the box cracked to keep the temp down.
Here are some pics of the box and plants any advise would be great on the box or the plants.

Is it normal after transplanting for the plant to lay over or am I a Idiot?
I don't know how old the plants are other than one is older than the other since it came up
after the one plant was there.

Well no need to reply to this thread anymore not that anyone did.
Thanks to all the wonderful help I didn't get the plants are dead.
Not that I expected them to grow or live in the condition I got them in.

P.S I'm not trying to blame anyone nor am I mad at anyone for not
posting.But I bet some of you had the knowledge to save them.:thumbsup:
