I agree. I hardly EVER have breakfast, and dont think i ever did. I'm hungry when i wake up but i just cant face food. So now, my breakfast consists of a nice big joint and a refreshingly cold beer which wakes me up and relaxes me at the same time. Very rarely do i ever have brekkie, and it's only ever a good few hours after i've woken up. I supose it's more like lunch really. A nice big fry up every now and again is lovely.

And your right about the fast food thing - it's not bad for you. It's only bad if it's all you eat, and who on earth is stupid enough to do that? [Well, i supose alot of people - concidering everyones getting so fat]

The media tries to spin in, implying that kids who eat breakfast will do 'better' then someone who doesn't. I couldn't disagree more, it's all about motivation anyway. They're just trying to sell cereal. I am no less of a person if i don't eat breakfast, they may have more energy but not intelligence, breakfast doesn't magically equal brains.

Fast food is great, it's exactly what you said, don't eat it every day for every meal, exercise, you'll be fine. As long as i burn off the fat, i won't get fat, i'll never allow myself to get fat, i have too much pride.

I miss all those great people, there's so many, maybe they'll be back one day, i'll be around gettin high to welcome them.
