Hi, Phsyco, I've been trying to upload images on my signature for over a week, every time that I go into the cp to check on it it says that I'm not allowed,any help would be appreciated.

The CP allowed me to create a new album, but gives me the "User uploads not allowed" error message when I hit the Upload Photos link is the newly created album. Can someone help me here?
