The very worst possible thing that would happen is you would get sent a notice saying that your package has been seized at customs, and that's it except you loose your $150. That is rare. Many people regularly buy seeds over the internet and have never had a problem. If you are worried, get a prepaid credit card in a fake name, or send a money order.
