Edibles in the IE?
I smoke my meds, calms me down, eases the pain and ... what do I do when I'm out and about Christmas shopping and being daddy for 18 hours in a row? Like if I have to spend 12 hours in a shopping mall like I did yesterday how am I supposed to ease my pain? Don't want to go to the car to light up, because I hate driving with MJ in a car even if I have paperwork stating it's legal.
I can't seem to find decent edibles anywhere in the IE. I remember when FarmAssist was open, they had edibles and I tried 4 tainted candy bars and nothing happened after 6 hours. Didn't do all four at once, took one & waited 90 minuetes and so on.
Where can I get decent edibles in the IE? I've heard rumor that there is a type of green dragon that you can spray under your tongue. is this true?Tony1234567890 Reviewed by Tony1234567890 on . Try making brownies - http://boards.cannabis.com/recipes/1...ple-hours.html
Or you can try making Capsules - http://boards.cannabis.com/recipes/1...tep-guide.html
Good luck

I think you are talking about tincures, which are probably pretty rare and you will have to go to the LA area to find a place that has them. I tried a couple brownies from a highly reputable co-op in LA and hardly got a buzz off them, and at $6 a piece I was a bit disappointed. I've read about making cannabutter, and I might buy a crock pot to try that soon. Personally, I just get tired of smoking it...and the bong just wastes too much.
I don't even know of any co-ops in the IE, I'm usually heading into the desert for my meds, and they don't carry edibles eitherProbably will just have to go to LA for that, hey tony, are you on tracker?

I think the easiest thing to make is FireCrackers. I just need to make a batch the night before.

1. buy a brownie mix from the store
2. buy the ingredients listed on the brownie mix box
3. take the oil (1/4 cup - 1/3 cup veg oil) and put in a pan on med-low heat
4. clean the bud and break it it up as finely as possible
5. add the bud to the oil and stir every 4-5 minutes for a half hour
6. strain the oil mixture thru a wire strainer (or coffee filter when cool)
7. follow the brownie mix directions and you'll have some killer treats
Good luck!

Although I make my brownies from scratch, I'm lazy, I don't even bother to strain the oil! I just dump it all in (I do sift or blenderize my pot before adding it.). Also, keeping the herb in there adds fiber and besides, I want every molecule of that THC!
And adding hemp seed (from your local health food store) adds omega -3 and protein. Hemp seeds ($5 a pound) taste rather like pine nuts (about $19 a pound). And it seems that hemp seed is a darn near perfect food! Read this (there is a part 2, but it is more technical) Gotta love this plant!

And I don't buy into "I'm a man, so I can't cook." BS that you are trying to pull. Can you follow directions?* Then you can cook. Just read the WHOLE recipe first, then get everything you need out and on the counter - ingredients and equipment, THEN begin with step one (remembering to preheat the oven if needed). You can do it!
My younger son is rapidly turning into quite the gourmet cook, and my hubby and eldest son both know their way around a kitchen. They all learned! No one is born knowing how to cook (grow pot, ride a bike, everything!). Are you AFRAID to learn? Come on, drop the silly, sexist, BS and learn a new skill. Cooking with cannabis can be more than just fun!- Granny:hippy:

Edibles in the IE?
I've only tried some edibles in Amsterdam, and tea that my friend made. Unfortunately, I passed out before I could really feel baked, so I gotta try brownies sometime soon. And don't trip about cooking, pre-packaged brownie mixes are ridiculously easy to make.

OK, now lets say I do just that oil thing. Can I just drink the oil?
Does the cold green dragon work? I want to make it.
