Best soil for useing nutes ???

But what im asking is, can I mix the perlite,wormcastings,and bonemeal to the soil that I use for the seedlings? or should I just use perlite and soil then when I make the first transplant add the bonemeal and wormcastings ???

castings and bone/blood meal are carriers of nutrients, so no don't use them.
