Unless you use several pots at diff. heights. You would still end up with smaller buds on the bottom and huge colas up top. Certain hormones(auxins) control bud size and always radiate up.
Now if you were to use 3 plants on 3 diff levels, that could work awesome. Research it and find out about auxins. Then execute after your 100% sure. Wouldn't want to build something huge and have it not be perfect.
Although I will admit, some type of vertical grow has intrigued me

Zcomp Reviewed by Zcomp on . is 200w psf & 29,000 lumens psf too much light? lets say you were to take a single plant and tie it to a panel of chicken wire that is 2x2-(4 sqf) to where the plant is growing vertically with all the branches spread out over the entire 4sqf, trellis style-basically flat -2 dimensional. now if you hang 2, 400w lights vertically, one on each side, that would give you- 100w per sqf & 58,000 lumens from each light. divided by 4sqf is 14,500 lumens per square foot!
