New to CFL growing

Yeah, When you think I should transplant? We we just talking about this the other night. I need to get some bigger size pots, and some more soil and perlite. Thats about the only reason why I haven't yet. Also my computer just got a massive virus, so Ive been busy reformatting.

I also just installed 2 PC fans. One intake, and one outtake.

Aight, heres the 5 plants, pic1 is everything thats under my tub.

pic 2 is the 7day old baby. A little blurry but the best I can do with this shit camera.

My plant just hit 7 days, and it is not near as developed as yours. Yours looks quite nice!
