Will Growing this way work?

Not sure I would want to risk water dripping on the lights, or, the heat that rises from the light. Might just fry everything.

Could use a Drip method, combined with the lights being in a cooltube- however i cant think of any reason to grow indoors, this would make more sense in the outdoor growing forum
