They look a lot better. Don't worry about the low leaves any more, focus on the appearance of new growth.
Bottled drinking water often has undesirable minerals in it. Tap water has calcium, and the plants need that.
I see those pots have a built in drain tray. Those can trap moisture and lead to pests and also prevent proper drainage. If you can remove the tray without damaging the plant, do so.
Those plants are old enough to feed. Start on a 1/4 strength grow fertilizer.
