ready to flower?

This is my first grow so i am not to sure what to look for or whatever to tell when they are ready to be moved into the flowering stage. Also are they going to gain height in flowering?

You will generally want one, or both, of the following: preflowers and alternating nodes. Other than that, waiting until they are at the desired height.

Expect that they will at least double in height or more in the first 40% of the flowering cycle.

I flower 2 weeks after my clones root and things seem to be doing well.
If they were clones cut from a mature mother, then they will be at the same sexual maturity as the mom and can flower right away if you want.

Alternating nodes are a good sign if grown from seed.

There is an article somewhere on HighTimes that talks about 12/12 from seed.....search and if you really are interested, read.

I think I see peat pellets in the soil at the base of the plant. I'd say they were cuttings. Nice looking and healthy,too.

Yeah your ready to flower. That was the height I flowered at and I was surprised how big they got.

It all depends on how big a plant you want, and how much you have to grow and for your lights. It's amazing how much (and how fast) plants grow during flower. I'm with others that say flower now; you're right at when I usually switch over. And I can tell you that a 12" (30cm) plant will sometimes more than triple in size...plan for at least 2.5' (75 cm) if you're using HPS light. If you've got a smallish grow area, keep that in mind!

ok so I'm going on my fourth day of flowering a d what I have noticed was the top shoots of my main stems ended up drooping is that normal? influshed them before they went to flower I just don't know if that's normal

Sounds like overwatering(common when flushing). Several things you can do to help, have air blowing across the soil(help it dry), Water with 1-part Peroxide to 5-10-parts water(creates extra oxygen(for the roots)) and as last a resort, I have stabbed my soil with my PH tester to aerate the soil(sort of like the roto-tiller). But a warning on that: damage to the roots can start the rootrot process, I've never dealt with this but I never have the same girl for long(2-3 mo's till cutdown).
