Get over it. Your obsession with your weight should have nothing to do with your self-esteem. You should love your body, not your weight. It's just a number, and if it really bugs you that much, get on a treadmil.

Ever since I started smoking I have noticed that I have gained some weight... It's definately because of the munchies and all of the good holiday food that is around.
