No its not illegalized and it was never legal to begin with. In coffee shops you have to ask to see a menu and ask to see products now. Also the police cannot smoke when they get off work anymore. Its not illegal or becoming illegal just some laws are being passed to keep it decriminalized. I wouldn't call it laws just guidelines.

I used to think this too untill i found out what goes on in the love hotels, only a 1/3 of the couples go their to have sex?? Alot of Jappaness women think sex is a treat that happens every once and a while, this is just so illogical to me. If it is accepted to go pay for sex out side of marrige their, I dont see why everyone is not constantly getting down, technological advances are one thing but, if they are going to get addicted to sex machines, whats the point of having hotties??
