why???
without fail, every morning when i come here i get sent to another site (today it was buy.com i think) and i can do nothing about it. is this supposed to be happening? is this something the forum does on purpose? it's pretty annoying, and if this is the norm i'm outa here. anyone???

That's not normal.
Are you using a laptop where one of the touch-pad options is double-tap to select? Sometimes those are so sensitive that if you leave the cursor on a link accidentally, it will actually send you there with a slight movement. Mine does that on the regular.

hey stinkyattic, i am using a laptop but i use a mouse. it just happened 3 times trying to reply to this. i don't get it. it doesn't do this anywhere else. hummm, somethings up....... maybe it's cause i use a mac, LOL!!!

i use a mac, and if i'm not logged in, the same thing happens to me, if i log in, it's fine.

It's worth running some anti spyware software there might be a little file lurking in your PC sorry your Mac LOL that is directing you to various other sites, just a thought.

Not sure about Macs but PCs are infected by adware that does exactly what you describe. Trendmicro has a free online scan for malware it also will remove it free of charge.
