lol wtf happened to this weed?

I wanted to try my hand at green dragon, cannabis capsules and what not, so being short on cash I bought about 20 grams from this dude for 10 Euros. The weed, when smoked doesn't do much, really. But I'm really curious as to WTF happened to it, cause it looks mighty weird.

Sorry for the crappy resolution, but I only have a camera-phone, no actual camera.
The texture is really dried, like dried leaves that fall from the trees and crumple in your fingers if u try to bend them.

Hmmm, apparently the pics are crappier than I thought they'd be, so I'll give a little adde description. The main stems are pretty fragile, and at the lower ends they turn into a stringy composition (WTF), as in you can actually roll them (again, the stems..WTF) into circles quite easily.
Also, the "buds" have really little actual substance on them. They're actually not that well described by the word "buds", more like patches of weed along the stems. Funny thing is, there are really few seeds.

So, any ideas guys?

thats the worst weed i have ever seen in my life. Is that even weed? If a deal sounds too good to be true than it probably is. You wouldave been better off with 2 grams of real weed.

It looks like a compressed pile of stems and leaves. To be honest you cant expect much better than that when your getting 20 grams for 10 euros

im confused as hell as to why you would need us to tell you that is simply bad quality. no horrible quality.
Ive smoked shit like that before, but im suprised you didnt just figure that out yourself. u should take a pic of all 20grams who knows maybe if u baked that it would end up being a good deal.

That's the worst looking baggie I've EVER seen on this site in 3 years. Congratulations... it's a dubious honor... someone just sold you the odd bits that are left behind after they harvested all the prime buds off the stems.

Take the good bud off, take the stems back to the dealer, and let him know that paying for a bag that's over half weight in non-smokable bits just isn't cool with you. What a scumbag. Of course, I don't know where you live and how hard-pressed you re to find ANY dealer... but that's just plain WRONG.

Hey... what can I say... those little popcorn bits are what I save to run through the grinder for joints... they don't have to be pretty, they just have to WORK... lol
As for the stems, ehhhhhh... yeah... kindling? compost? pick-up-stix?
