12/12 schedule what times are the best?

I'm trying to determine the best time to start my 12/12 and schedule! what times do most of you all us.Just looking for a good time period.I work nights 3:00am to 8:00am

well it all depends on when the best time for you would be to check on them(lights on) and what works out with your schedule.

It's a matter of efficiency.
Does your electric cost go down at off-peak hours?
How is your heating situation?

I have ALWAYS flowered at night, from 9pm to 9am, to take advantage of lower electric rates and cool night air. I find that temps are more stable, since in the daytime, there is some solar gain in my house and I'd prefer to spend my electric allotment on lights, not air conditioning!

Stinky gave you something to think about. It's best to have them running at night when the peak use is at a low.Rates drop abit and you won't be worried about the meter reader seeing that meter spin off the house. If you have the digital diplay then in most cases it is being read from the office for use.My lights are run mostly at night,due to the temps. My neighborhood still has the meters that turn, with the black hash mark.

what ever time suits you. i put my lite on in a morning . so i can keep an eye on them when im there. but i work from home, so what ever suits you best the plants wont tell the diff.
